Step 1:

Creat and translate drawing/blue print

Step 2:

Drawing/blue print enhancement

Step 3:

Send quotation, confirm pricing & mold charge

Step 4:

Develop mold, prepare samples

Step 5:

Inspect tooling test run samples, in case need to modify mold

Step 6:

Mail out samples for evaluation/approval, together with FAI report

Step 7:

Sample confirmed/approved, start mass production

Inspect semi-finished products
